Little Latin Readers – Building Brighter Minds Through Latin

ABOUT US

We Created Little Latin Readers for Our Own Children So They Could Rise Above the System and Connect with the Catholic Tradition and Roots of Western Civilization.

Starting a curriculum company was never our goal; giving our children the tools to thrive was.

In a struggling school district, we saw bright students being held back, not by ability but by a lack of opportunity. They needed more than surface-level instruction. They needed a curriculum that builds critical thinking, strengthens academic skills, and connects them to something deeper.

When we couldn’t find a program that was both rigorous and engaging, one that connected students to the intellectual and spiritual heritage of the Church, we created one ourselves.

The result was Little Latin Readers, the only faith-based, story-driven Latin curriculum that lifts students higher academically, culturally, and spiritually.

Welcome to Little Latin Readers

Our Mission

Our mission is to make Latin education accessible, joyful, and academically powerful while honoring the spiritual heritage of the Catholic Church and the classical roots of Western civilization.

A Curriculum
with a Calling

We believe true education should form the mind and elevate the soul. With Little Latin Readers, students don’t just study Latin. They grow in confidence, sharpen academic skills, and discover a living connection to Catholic history, heritage, and faith.

Founders of Little Latin Readers

Julie & Rob Collorafi

Julie and Rob Collorafi created Little Latin Readers with one driving purpose: to give their children, and students everywhere, a path to rise above the limits of a struggling school system and enter the rich intellectual legacy of Western civilization.

Drawing on decades of experience in both private and public education, as well as their journey as homeschooling parents, Rob and Julie combine academic expertise with personal passion. Their vision is to make Latin accessible, meaningful, and academically rigorous. That vision has shaped a program now trusted by families and schools across the nation.

Together, they have built more than a curriculum. They have built a bridge that equips young learners with the timeless tools of language, logic, and cultural understanding, opening doors to lifelong learning and opportunity.
